Because the hoster only accepts Visa or PayPal. If people directly paid from PayPal to the host then many people could get their personal PayPal accounts closed.  TB would also have to divulge host info to the user base. They require no identification to purchase, no proof of details. They work the same as a 'burner' mobile phone. Is it possible everyone donates to a designated paypal account that would no longer be affiliated with the site in any way shape or form. Then the paypal account keeps topping up the pre-paid credit card which would be used to pay for the server costs?
