that was bobs answer when i asked about speed of a torrent in the comment section, even had

in it to point out it was not a complaint

after that he looked up my old posts in the forum in my posting history and set me to two weeks warning for excessive quoting(like the cela4yah post above), i was number 2 or three on the quote, sure he was within the rules to warn me, but he could then have sent out another 500 warning if he went of looking for excessive quoting in the entire forum

so that BoB threaten sniperfin with sms, i have no doubt in that and would not be surprised if there where some death threats as well

Just keep checking the site, we don't know the full details and only a very very select few may be trustworthy and well enough known to actually be able to help if its needed.

On another note how well would you have to trust someone to let them into logs we don't know what information is there! the entire user base and staff could be at risk if one wrong person gets in, that dilema is on current staff.

Thats how I think about the situation but I know shit about computers so I have no idea how easy would it be to strip these things out and make it a forum only in the meantime, it may take a lot longer than some think. The question I would like to know is if the site can't continue would the current people at the top would they allow the site to be taken over by others that could make it work? even if its a complete wipe and restart to destroy data considered dangerous to them personally. It may take some time but the users came back after the demise of torrentbits and we would come back again.

And as I said in a previous post, please don't talk about people who are no longer about to defend themselves it shows a lack of character.

Alupigus - I know a lot of people just like that and they are all from the west side :-P

Sometimes it's better to let go. What happened to FileList.org wasn't very glamorous. No matter how sad it is when things come to and end, it's even sadder to look back at a drawn out struggle that went nowhere - in my opinion at least.

This became my go to torrent site after FL and I'm happy for the years you've given me. Thank you.

Only just seen this news as been semi acitve checking forums and news but have to say its been a pleasure, looks like i just miss the TB on this account (other was over but was inactive too long).....

I dont know the ins and out of whats happened but its a shame to see another comunity go down, esspecially after so long but all good things come to an end....

I'll check back time to time to see if the forums come back online and if not, as i said its been a pleasure...
