ok so i am looking for a site that will tell me whether a film needs the subtitles that comes with some films, i make dvds for a friend so some of the films i havent watched or dont plan on watching so sometimes need to know whether to make the dvd with subtitles

Explain a bit more about the "tell me if a movie needs subtitles" part. You mean, if a movie has some foreign speaking parts, and needs those forced subtitles?

Well, you can grab alot of those on Podnapisi.NET; it's my main source for subtitles.

What he needs is a site that tells if a movie got foreign language so it will require subtitles, not sure if such excist would check imdb im sure most says if there is foreign spoken parts unless its maybe 10seconds.

Like allmovie?
There are others that I can't remember right now. All DVDs should have the original subtitles, and maybe some that aren't originally on the disc.
