I also can almost guarantee you that her character turns out to be a lesbian since there on none so far as I can recall on the show and god forbid that there isnt at least one on every single show. And if she does turn out to be one expect only the most positive of glowing portrays as well with a white wife, a kid, etc. and some sort of racist redneck homophobic storyline along the way that Dexter will "fix"

It's probably been said before, but try reading the books. You get a better insight into Dexter thought processes and motivation, as well as getting all new stories.

It was way to obvious to be true, but it did look like Vogel was playing Dexter, and was the one responsible for forcing Sussman to kill that other guy. Well, E03 cleared that right up.
