The guy shot was the cop that was willing to testify against Bill Clinton in the 140+ deaths related to the time he was Governor.

There are plenty of examples people have used arms against government here and won.

Funny how 90% of it is very conservative, but he becomes a liberal nutjob for his position on things like suppressors, 30 round clips and military style assault weapons I guess. I'd say politically, he sits in the center like nearly all Americans do Q.

I have yet to hear a reasonable explanation for having such weapons open to the public outside of "2nd amendment" and "because", but I honestly don't care. IMO, it's up to each state to decide what is best for them. That doesn't mean we cannot have a Federal plan that might help to reduce the damage one states law can do to another state.

No matter what you or I may think about what he wrote, he does not have the right to invoke vigilante style justice on the populous.

People who claim he was a "draft dodger" have done so to give them self's some sort of news/press.
These story's are based on a High Times magazine interview in which Nugent lied to a stoned gullible interviewer to see if he would print it without checking the story first.
