This goes back to my thoughts on adding extra "lesser crimes" after the trial ends rather than at the start as most every other State Court does.

How can anyone defend against charges claimed AFTER the end of prosecution!?

Facts of the case -proved- he was justified in his personal defense and the Prosecution brought said facts into the case themselves.

I see this as an example of political usage by the leadership of the DNC in the first degree myself.

It is a good thing he had a gun or else that black kid would not have been shot. And it is a good thing more people like him can have guns and shoot defenceless people on the streets in the us.

I addressed that directly after the sentence you quoted.

And I do not agree that he needed to use deadly force to defend himself.  He should have done what he was told to do by the actual law enforcement in the first place.  It's a neighborhood watch, not a neighborhood go out and kill the bad guy.  The only one of the two who really had the right of "stand your ground" was Martin, but he didn't carry a weapon of any kind because he was just some random black kid walking around on a public street.

No I was dead serious about all the positive effects of allowing everyone to carry guns and shoot people in self defence.

I hope more people like him will do the same and shoot random people in self defence. That way us will become a safer place to live.

Florida has a law called "stand your ground" which lets you shoot any fucker threatening you.
Maybe you could claim self defence even if you weren't threatened?

check that link to the timeline of media coverage I posted. The media had no idea he wasn't white until his mugshot was released after they were already pushing the "evil racist KKK white guy" angle from solely seeing a white man's name. The New York Times than had to come in and bail them out with their newly invented "white hispanic" racial label, emphasis on white of course.

after how long when someone is on top of you in the dead of night hitting your head into the concert are you allowed to use whatever force is necessary to defend yourself? Also law enforcement never told him to stop following him, a non emergency 911 displacer (who is not a law enforcement officer) told him to stop following to which Zimmerman than said 'ok' and turned around to walk back to his car.

The city and Public Union members now can look forward to only 10% of retirement payments earned from this point backwards.

As sad as it is regarding those pensions, I'm wondering where the city will find the money to pay for services such as the police,fire dept,waste management,water dept,etc...if they are broke?
