Battlefield 3. Thought it might be fun as I did not remember it that much so I gave it a shot. Bad idea. Easily one of the worst modern shooters. It sucks. Sure, sure, multiplayer blah blah, who cares.
Having just finished it... is this what singleplayer has now become? A vehicle to multiplayer or even worse an unwanted distraction? Ugly cutscenes, embarassing story, next to no gameplay? What a stinker.
Had to rev up Rising Storm after the disappointment that was BF3 and CoH2. Flamin' all arounddd. Wouldn't mind another game though. Got Halo 1 and 2 sitting here waiting to be replayed. Or Thief. Or Mars War Logs. But I keep going back to RS. It's not even that good, it's just an easy fix. Man, I'm so jaded and lazy.
Gave Halo a try. Shouldn't have. I remembered just how awful it is. How did it become such a phenomenon? It's a bland and boring game - and yes, I mean by the standards of the year 2001, when titles such as Red Faction or Aliens vs Predator 2 were released, not to mention the likes of Deus Ex, Thief 2 or Half-Life already out for months or years at that point.
it is a castle game, but he dont build a castle, he toss a few walls that archers easy can shoot over standing faaaaar away
and then he spam troops, tried easy and he attacked after 3min and 30 seconds with about 150 macemen and 50 archers lol
I had my 8 archers and my 8 spear men that you start with, my huts had only made 1 bow so i could only produce 1 extra archer

must be bugged, happened everytime so i added 999999 gold, 999999 wood and 999999 stone and spammed engineers and balista/catapult and towers with thick walls at the same time as i tried to produce troops, only think i could produce in mass like the computer was the "black monks of..."
ofc then he attacked with 500 troops and i was happy with my 50 and ofc an unending wave that kept coming so i just F this!
