I am playing God of War on the PS3 (I never owned a PS2 and love games like that).

I have just finished the first Gothic game. Never played it before. Dragged down by all the things you expect from playing an old game in 2012 - but man, some of the content and mechanics and concepts were amazing. An eleven year old game has more depth and substance than current titles. How sad is that.

I can see why some people didn't like it, it is repetitive at times! I've stuck with it because I love the world so much! Its not a game to try and complete over a few days.....over a few months though it's been fun! :-D

£2.50 off Steam and over 30 hours played...can't complain at that.

far cry with 64bit patch and content, the rest vanilla.
dont get much better, puts 99% of other fps games to shame.

Edit: Just checked and I have Far Cry 2 + Fortunes Pack installed on my PC, is that the one you mentioned Carpy?

He means the original! Theres an AMD content/patch for 64 bit, it makes the textures and stuff better...

I have it installed actually, having completed it twice before on easy and medium, I'm too scared to start it on hard! :lol:

I just bought Silent Hill 2 and 3 HD for ps3, may move onto them at some point while I wait for Resident Evil 6.  I took a week off work when my GF bought me Resident Evil 1 for the PSX, I started playing it when she bought it and didnt stop till I completed it (hence the week off work).  I told work I had the T-Virus and they fell for it thinking it was some form of Flu :rofl:, it was actually on my personal file.

Sorcery for PS Move. First good move game I have tried and you get more into the game when you wave your hands around like a retard while playing.

First make sure your game is patched to 1.32

then install the following

Just started playing "Rage" even though I'm not a fan of FPS games.It looks nice and shiny and as I'm playing on easy mode it's not too difficult yet.
Only problem so far is that it (or my diabetes) has made me throw up lol. Not the first game in recent years that seems to have caused me to suffer what feels like motion sickness.
