They rounded the season up nicely, and I have allmost the same hunger for the next season as I had for this season now =) I do think they had a few un-eventful episodes, but all in all still a great show!
Going to be a long wait!!

from what Ive gatherd from my book reading friends is that it is actually in the upcoming seasons/books shit starts to go down and that the next seasons will be somewhat epic? Is this correct?

Season 4 will be very action packed, as in, shit goes down early on next season

It was an ok season, but not greater than s2 or s1. It is too strange to have nearly nothing going on for all of the episodes and then BOOOM, and a relatively quiet finale round-off ep. Still great dialogue in some scenes, my favorite is still Thoros of Myr in that regards. Also pizzaface is becoming one of the more interesting characters, which is good. I bet he gets killed soon then..
