Nah, that's definitely not the case.  I've got 6 other seedboxes pulling 10~20 MB/s on the same torrents, where my other box is less than 500 KB/s at all times.  Even my shitty home connection is hitting its max @ 700 KB/s on the same torrents. Still haven't figured out what the problem is, though I've retired the box.  Not worth messing with at such low speeds. I'm guessing the line is shared, and other people are seeding a bunch of public tracker torrents with more leechers, so they get priority over the bandwidth.  I've seen the same thing with my other shared boxes, but not usually such a drastic effect. Anyway, here's a fun lesson for anyone reading:  Avoid shared seedboxes that allow public trackers!  After owning close to a dozen boxes from different companies (From $5 to $20), it's the most important thing.  1gbps doesn't mean shit if someone else on your line is creating and uploading porn torrents to public trackers...
