Did TB change their rssddl.xml format? It seems now that uTorrent gives a "Invalid! .torrent file!" for all 3 of the favorites I have saved.
I looked at the TB xml, and it seems to try and download the title of the torrent between the <title></title> tag's, and adds a .torrent at the end. Did TB recently change something with there RSS?

I've noticed a problem with that as well. uTorrent parses and matches the torrent list in RSS but gives that invalid torrent file message when it goes to download it.

Yep, same problem. It pulls up the feed fine in uTorrent, but then it will just take the full title of the torrent, and tack a .torrent extension on the end and tries to download it. Obviously it cant find the file on the TB server because its looking for the wrong file name
..and I thought I was gonna have it easy keeping up with all the new shows.

Works fine for me... I downloaded Lost.S03E01.HDTV.XviD-XOR last night and it worked perfect.
I'm using µTorrent 1.6.

@mlupp
Would you mind posting the address your using for the TB .xml file minus your passkey?
AliensX - I think the main reason for the RSS not starting is because you have a low ratio (and wait times). TorrentBytes will not allow you to download the .torrent file if you have wait times & the RSS downloader will only pick out the 15 most recent torrents added to the site.
the XXXXXX's should be replaced by your user id & passkey

You've set it to only download one episode. Try using something like "3x04-99"
Still not working.

Lol I know that. Problem can be my ratio yup. Looks like I have to seed more (my connection sucks btw :S).

My feeds have been working fine all along, now they don't. Any of the TB staff know how to fix it?
Looking at the uTorrent logger, it says:
RSS: Unable to load "http://www.torrentbytes.net/download.php?etc....": Invalid redirect (login.php)
uTorrent picks up the feeds but cannot start the downloads.
Hope someone can fix this soon.

My feeds stoped working too.
I get an redirect error (login.php), and then Firefox starts and try to download the torrentfile.

ya the log in completely changed you guys need to copy the validation cookie as well now .
I believe the validation cookie is a basically a hash of your ip/account info, so if you change ips you probably will have to update the validation cookie .
(This is the same reason i had to update my avatar script)

Can you post an example on how the rss url will be in µtorrent when we need to have an validation cookie as well?

A definitive solution for this problem will be arranged shortly.

I suggest either using the passkey method like ScT or else just explain users how to get their validation cookie as that works as well...
When using firefox if you have the AnEC Cookie Editor extension, just get our torrentbytes cookies (after you have logged on) and copy your uid, pass, and validation cookie in to the thing, Im not sure the purpose of the checksum cookie, but pages seem to load fine without it.

Can't get this to work, it keeps saying "xxxxx.torrent, Invalid torrent file" or something similar.

I'm glad to hear that some of the uTorrent users are back on track.
Anybody got this working with Azureus and RSSFeed? If so, I'd love to hear about it, and if not, I look forward to hanek's solution.

As long as they support cookies, just do it like i have in the example above.
Have added the validation cookie to my RSS feed in uTorrent 1.6, and the error message just changes from "Invalid redirect (login.php)" to "Invalid .torrent file". All RSS feeds have worked fine for me up until 23rd of October (or something)
Grateful for a solution to this problem..

Edit: I have tried the following RSS feed URL combinations but none work:

I did. No luck. I know the cookies are in order because it worked prior to the addition of the validation/checksum cookies. I re-entered uid and pass, to make sure nothing changed there (well, uid obviously wouldn't change, but pass might've) and added validation and checksum. I also tried it without checksum, using only uid, pass, and validation. Tried it with rss.xml and rssdd.xml, in both cases I get an error message indicating that no torrent links were found in the HTML, leading me to believe that it was parsing the front page because authentication failed. That's where I'm at right now, and I know at least a couple of other people are in the same boat.
im having the same problem in uTorrent. The workaround Tazeat suggests doesn't work for me. Am i correct in thinking that you actually have feeds properly working and downloading in utorrent tazeat?
