heh, on my server you cant even walk out of BB without being ganked. i skipped stv altogether.

@Dotcpu, yeah thats what ive been doing, but still, havent been getting alot of gold.

i have 60 hunter and 60 rogue on Daggerspine EU. one of the most populated and laggy server. and STV is the most fun place on whole azeroth. Some say that fun starts at lvl 60.  I say that it starts when you go to STV. There used to be ganking or over the place and at evenings raids on gromgol nesygwary or alliance base. Now you can meet few lvl 40-50ish alts usually alliance that gank everyones.

I think theres something called blizzhackers , search google.I know you wont like this answer but its really crap playing on cracked servers , first of all you get awful pings , then theres about 100 - 200 people on a server thats meant to be for 1000+.Then theres also the frequent downtimes.The 14$ / month is worth it.

You can get these 2 month game cards , so you don't need to pay with a credit card.

You can use gamecards and those cracked servers are real crap, EVERYTHING is messed up

mmmh, desolace ? and try the shimmering flats ! good place to do killtasks (kill 10 of X, 15 of Y..and so on), with drops to vendor. Good xp, good money..

Too bad that tartoise quest-items have an awful droprate

Note: shimmering flats are the southeastern zone of thousand needles, the flat salt lake just before the path to tanaris (tanaris is good aswell for 40-41+, feralas is good for 42+)

the 36to40 has always been a limbo for my chars: after 40 you should levelup fast (tanaris, feralas, a bit of SM cathedral if u want, ZF when u are 45 if i remember correctly).

Strangletorn vale is the best option. Lots of mobs around your level and alot of enemy faction! Non-stop action at prime time.

alliance rogue 60 here (kritica) and several others...
if you have a guild that can do MC, BWL and ZG this game has a lot to offer...if u don't there are 2 chances: farming honour in battlegrounds or raising another char sad but true...(and i like raising chars a lot, even if it's the third server i play and the 10th char atleast..)
