That was 2/3 like I'm banging Christy Brinkley.   Obama wanted it back in and it mattered zero what the delegates voted.

Said Ali al-Shihri killed in a drone strike in Yemen yesterday. He was one of the heads of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula and a former Guantanamo Bay prisoner who went through a rehabilitation-programme for ex jihadists in Saudi Arabia, which clearly didn't work. He has been linked to several high profile kidnappings and murders.

Protesters scaled the walls of the US embassy today because of some anti-islam film. Does anyone know which film they are talking about?

Quote:

Egyptian protesters scaled the walls of the U.S. embassy in Cairo on Tuesday and some pulled down the American flag during a protest over what they said was a film being produced in the United States that was insulting to the Prophet Mohammad, witnesses said.

“At least four of them climbed over the embassy walls and tore down the American flag,” a witness said, adding that the demonstrators were angered by a film produced by expatriate members of Egypt’s Christian minority resident in the United States.

In place of the U.S. flag, the protesters tried to raise a black flag with the words “There is no god but Allah and Mohammad is his messenger,” a Reuters reporter said.

Cairo protesters scale U.S. Embassy wall, remove flag

Quote:

Reuters reports that protesters tried to raise a black flag carrying the slogan: "There is no god but Allah and Mohammad is his messenger."

The news agency says about 2,000 protesters have gathered outside the embassy and about 20 have scaled the walls.

The AP says the protesters were largely ultra-conservative Islamists.

how many billions do we give these savages again?

A couple of weeks back there was trouble over a Channel 4 production (Islam: The Untold Story - http://www.independent.co.uk/arts-enter … 25641.html). This is just more of the kind of barbarism to come out of the ME. But as far as I've read the "movie" they're protesting is made by Terry Jones.

Associated Press wrote:

Egyptian media say the movie was recently produced in the United States by an anti-Muslim group. The film, clips of which are available on the social website YouTube, depicts Muhammad as a fraud, showing him having sex and calling for massacres. Muslims find it offensive to depict Muhammad in any fashion, much less in an insulting way.

They couldn't have chosen a worst day than 9 11 .....

Edit

Many of the protesters, are football fans.
They do not know that they are doing the movie free advertising, this movie would have not been watched by more than few thousands, now ...

Unfortunately i still think this is some sort of pre-attack psyop to make the Iranians think we are at odds with the Israeli's so they let their guards down. You just dont go from launching a massive joint cyber attack using next level malware with the Israeli's to cold shoulder in a year's time.

good to know we can free these savages from a brutal dictator but a silly movie is all it takes for them to turn on us. Should let that entire region rot in its self created misery.

And we apologize...

Quote:

The U.S. Embassy in Cairo announced that it had canceled visa services for Wednesday.

It also said in a statement that it "condemns the continuing efforts by misguided individuals to hurt the religious feelings of Muslims -- as we condemn efforts to offend believers of all religions."

"Respect for religious beliefs is a cornerstone of American democracy," the statement said. "We firmly reject the actions by those who abuse the universal right of free speech to hurt the religious beliefs of others."

And this is a part of the peace treaty with Israel. The Egyptian people would be more than happy to cancel both

well honestly if we let the fucking arabs steal our military technology with impunity and supplied them with billions upon billions of hard earned US tax dollars and top notch weapons like we have done with Isreal for decades I doubt the results would be the same. Fucking zionist assholes in charge of Isreal are just as bad if not more close minded and intolerant than the Taliban. remember we said that Iraq's non-compliance with UN resolutions was why we invaded and killed Saddam, well Isreal has been in direct non compliance of UN resolutions for 35 fucking years!

Quote:

On June, 14, 1967, through Resolution No. 237, the Security Council called upon Israel to "ensure the safety, welfare and security of the inhabitants, facilitate the return of those inhabitants who have fled the areas since the outbreak of the hostilities and recommends the scrupulous respect of the humanitarian principles contained in the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949." In subsequent resolutions, the Security Council deplored Israel for the delay in its implementation of Resolution 237. Yet, Israel continued to defy the world community, including the United States. The Security Council, in the face of Israel's defiance, passed no less than five subsequent resolutions demanding that Israel comply but to this day, thirty five years after June 14, 1967, the defiance continues.

On March 22, 1979, the Security Council adopted Resolution No. 446. Israel’s violation of Resolution 446 (sections quoted below) represents the most flagrant violation of Israel, not only of the UN but also the stated policy of our government under successive administrations:

(The Council) Determines that the policy and practices of Israel in establishing settlements in the Palestinian and Arab territories occupied since 1967 have no legal validity and constitute a serious obstruction to achieving a comprehensive and lasting peace in the Middle East; Calls once more upon Israel, as the occupying power, to abide scrupulously by the 1949 Fourth Geneva Convention, to rescind it’s previous measures and to desist from taking any action which would result in changing the legal status and geographical nature and materially affecting the demographic composition of the Arab territories occupied since 1967, including Jerusalem, and in particular, not to transfer parts of its own civilian population into the occupied Arab territories

fuck Isreal it's easy to be the bully on the block when big brother protects you

Thats true. And they have the support of many evangelist christians who are waiting for the armageddon. For them israel is a tool to reach that goal and the reason why US supports israel at the level it does.
Jews in US are lobbying and they are backed up by the right wing christians no matter what, the cause is just always, no matter what israel does, hell it's even better if the actions bring the war in middle east closer, it brings the second coming of jesus closer.
And naturally the zionists take full advantage of the situation and calling everybody who critisizes them (and the evangelists) antisemitist.

Edit:

Apparently it was not just an ordinary US official but the ambassador who was killed in libya (+ 3 other officials).

The UN, much like the EU, is a worthless bureaucratic institution that not even the US pays any particular attention to except when it absolutely counts or they have to push their own agenda through. Even the US presidential nominees are undecided as to remain an influential part of the UN. It is ridiculous to compare Israel to the Taliban, a bunch of savages living in a desert most of the time who rape children and with killmodes set on random. Jerusalem can no longer be divided.

perhaps you should do a little research on the beginnings of Isreal and the role played by the Irgun and the Lehi (stern gang) groups the beginnnings of the far right party of zionists who run Isreal now Netenyahu and Sharon can trace their beginnings all the way back to them.

Read about the Assassination of Lord Moyne, the bombing British police station in Haifa which btw was the first truck bomb (the Isrealis pioneered the technique favored by coward terrorists everywhere) Read about the death threats against the author Hugh Trevor-Roper because of his portrayal of Hitler. Read about the Cairo-Haifa train bombings, or my favourite the Deir Yassin massacre (complete with rapes and mutilations) and last but not least the bombing of the British command in the king david hotel

yeah sorry they are nothing like the Taliban..wtf was I thinking

Jerusalem can be divided because it isnt fucking theirs and the world knows it with the majority of countries still keeping their enbassies in Tel Aviv even the US has dragged their feet on building a new enbassy in Jerusalem

So Israel is like the Taliban because...you talk about Israel specifically, but you will not talk specific about Taliban. What makes them so comparable then? This is just rhetorical shit and you know it. Little doubt Israel forces have brought a crapload of utter shit upon the region with their blackops, but are you serious about ignoring the state of the Arab states that surround the democratic state of Israel? They have never functioned and are unlikely to ever will. Only with dictators. Most like to blame Israel, Jews or Westeners for the problems of these Muslims in general. You feel that when they come to Western countries or you see plenty of that from their TVs. But they still want our money and military support for their Arab Spring.

All the other countries should man up and movie their embassies from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Then guess what would happen, which countries would bomb yours..

The movie that got them so infuriated btw: "The Coptic abroad insulting the prophet in doing Movie Trailer" (13m): http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=pl … sQPRtS2h7k

I jut listed a dozen terrorist taliban type actions carried out by zionist jews including attacks on British troops (because they were holding up immigration)

but if you want to be more specific, Their intolerant beliefs,  their close minded religeous bigotry, their beliefs that a piece of land is theirs because it's written in some old fucking book.

I am not defending the actions of the taliban but only a blind religous brainwashed nutjob can sit here and defend the actions or even the very existance of Isreal

If a certain level of violence is what it takes for you then you might as well compare them to the Bloods for fucks sake. They killed too. They've blown stuff up too. But no you have to pick the Taliban. Non-democrats, non-state, non-jews, etc. etc. tribal society, nomads, Muslims salafists, harboring breeding grounds for actual terrorists, etc. etc.  But since you insist on comparing Israel to Taliban everything you said about Taliban goes for Israel. Or what? So you listed them as the terrorist taliban, so I suppose that means Israel is a terroist state too. Or what? There are plenty of factors that weigh in that separate the Taliban from Israel.

That Likud has intolerant beliefs, close-minded religious bigotry among other things in common with Taliban, okay - on the surface. The level on which all of this goes on is not the same as with the Taliban. You go further south by the way to Iran you will experience another kind of savagery. Israel is surrounded by extreme states.

I didn't read Sniper's wackjob post.

Fair enough.

Taliban and zionists are fully comparable, they both use religious justification when they push their agenda and see that their view is the correct ones supported by god himself.
Ofcourse taliban uses more violence against individuals and supress women etc. when zionists are fighting for the promise land against institutios which hinder their agenda.
They both are not afraid use violence when reaching their goals, but for taliban it is not just a tool, it's their main tool.

Quote:

Fully comparable? I laugh in your atheist face:

Zionism: "A Jewish movement that arose in the late 19th century in response to growing anti-Semitism and sought to reestablish a Jewish homeland in Palestine. Modern Zionism is concerned with the support and development of the state of Israel."

The Taliban: "a fundamentalist Islamic militia; in 1995 the Taliban militia took over Afghanistan and in 1996 took Kabul and set up an Islamic government; "the Taliban enforced a strict Muslim code of behavior"

Do I need to educate you on the difference between a democracy and an Islamic government? You said fully comparable. The Likud, who are zionists, can be replaced every election year, the Taliban couldn't possibly be that, because Allah's reign is forever and all over. Insh'allah etc and all that jazz.

If you want to say that a) they both use religious justification, then yes that is true, when they push their agenda and it is also true (to some extent for the Zionist - as some are secularist jews) that b) they both find their views supported in holy books. But those are SHALLOW comparisons. And you could compare loads of other religious fanatics on those two terms alone.

Quote:

Ofcourse taliban uses more violence against individuals and supress women etc. when zionists are fighting for the promise land against institutios which hinder their agenda.

Here you show an understanding of why it is a comparison that cannot stand in the first place. The first one is fighting on Western terms, braking those terms (UN) occasionally like other countries, and the other faction is so far far out that they are beyond dialogue, democracy, common human decency.
