I just applied for the statist in game of thrones season 3 in Croatia, Dubrovnik (Kings landing) If i am lucky they will pick me...and TBy will have some interesting photos from the shooting in Dubrovnik :shifty:

As much as I liked the show, I have zero desire to read this stuff in book form.

To me it's like a soap opera with really good acting and cinematography.  Take those away and it's Dawson's Creek with swords.  Boring.

Yes......and that if the pathetically poor tv representation, which was why I suggested reading the books, the author is a tosser, admittedly but his prose is a whole world better than the pre-digested shite they broadcast.

comic con GoT panel was the most awkward thing I've ever seen. George was being pretty passive aggressive, I guess he's as mad as us purists
Kinda sad no one asked Emilia "so where ARE your dragons?"

Nathalie Emmanuel, wow doing well for an ex Hollyoaks actress. GOT is really employing the bulk of UK talent  :lol:

Yeah, it was VERY stilted and GRR seemed a tad on the who the fuck do they think they are when saying the writers wouldn't be attending as they were directing :rofl:

Think it's great that the norwegian actor Kristofer Hivju get's a role in GoT. He fits in perfectly in the part of Tormund Gianstbane, he's a bearded beast allready =)

also Emmy nomations have been put in.. and I'm surprised that Maisie/Charles didn't get a mention.. not sure if Alfie did.. and their music guy didnt get mentioned either
imo the GoT soundtrack is amongst the best out there
