Combined version was nice, the violin version gave me goosebumps tho haha. Love good violin stuff, especially when it's the got theme, which i already love.

I'm on book 5 and they never mentioned it, though you can gather from the way Loras reacts to talk about Renly that there is something going on there. As George Martin writes the scripts for the show himself, I guess he just wanted to put it out there and make it obvious.

It was never outright said, but it was heavily suggested/hinted and there for all to pick up. Wasn't really a secret and GRRM himself even said it was supposed to be obvious.

Watching all A Game of Thrones in a day.... angst realizing it's one year until next season.

Reading all A Song of Ice and Fire books in a week.... angst realizing it's probably be 5 years until next book.

Just finished reading the first book, and I have to say the experience is much better than watching the series, not that I ever had any doubts that it would. Gonna start reading the second book tomorrow, and I can't wait to see how the story goes.

I've heard some good stuff about the second book. Managed to avoid some of the biggers spoilers out there and hopefully it'll remain that way! I'll just stick to this thread seeing as most people here use spoiler tags for the sensetive stuff.
