Just watched e7. the quality wasnt that bad.

Too bad u gotta wait another 2 weeks until the next because of the giant cliffhanger the episode ended with.

Yea but not getting her hands burnt by hot eggs and dieing because of hot molten gold being poured on their head are two completely different things. Or is this the part where one has to go, oh its fantasy novel, better believe whatever they say :s

Not really different, she seems to be immune from fire or heat damage, and lets not forget it is in the fantasy genre.

I have not read the books but i would imagine she could withstand much more exposure to heat and not get injured.

House Targaryen used to have dragons as their pets. Well im not sure pets is the right word.
They used to fly around with them and used them in battle. There still is a "dragon pen" in King's Landing.
So they probably just called themselves "The dragon" as they were the only ones who could control them and now its just part of their family lineage/history.

I was thinking the same thing, but you can always watch the old episodes. Still just as exciting and epic after a second view imo. And you get a chance to study the sets some more. It's really impressive what they've done with the art work in GoT :yes:

Anyone that's going mad waiting for the next show should read the books tbh. I thought it would ruin the show for me but it hasn't. In fact I enjoy reading them just as much as watching the tv show now. half way through the third atm, should finish the 4th by the time the 5th one is published in july
