A few days ago, I came across this german cappella metal band called Van Canto.
Basically what they are doing is that they are playing heavy/power metal with 5 singers/vocalists and one drummer. All the guitars are all done with their voices and microphones of course. (There are songs where there might be a guitar because they have a guest from another band)

Def not for everyone. It's the song used in the new Little Big Planet 2 trailer, and in my opinion, it's one of the best songs of 2010 ^^ (Even though it's from 2008 ;P)

He has a lot of good stuff similar to that. Check out his album "A strangely Isolated Place". Or better yet just find the discography. A song called "Medusa" is pretty good as well .
