I didn't have a grill (live in an apartment with no balcony) and I've always wanted a griddle, and this was only $40 - about the price of a decent griddle pan. I couldn't pass it up. I plan on using it tonight to make some chili lime chicken

Meet Sammie, she was $200 at auction. The other bidders would have put her on a truck to Mexico with no food or water for days then had a knife through her spine, her throat cut, and left bleeding on the ground until she was butchered

If we had the time, room, and finances, we'd take them all but we don't. The economy hits horses hard. Feed, vets, farriers, are all expensive, which is why these beautiful animals were being auctioned. Most of them went for only $100,

After 3 years of the same old LG phone that has soldiered on through thousands of drops to the ground, hundreds of scratches from being placed in the pocket with my keys/change, it was snow that sealed its fate. Went skiing this weekend and forgot to zip my coat pocket so it fell out on my way down a hill. Buddy behind me saw it fall, he pick it up and tried to revive it but it was too late, irreparable damage had been done. The outside screen still worked and I could make / receive calls, but the internal was done. Given that the only way to use the full qwerty keyboard was from the internal I finally caved in and bought this:

iPhone 3gs 16gb white. Will have to be a lot more careful with this phone as it doesn't look half as sturdy as my old phone was, but I gotta admit some of these apps are awesome. Including the TB app.
