na but it converts 2d to 3d, bluray avatar converted to 3d @1080p is amazing.

Saw a demo of monsters v aliens in proper 1080p 3d, it looked very good indeed to the point i thought i could reach into the screen and touch the characters.

Im just waiting for sony to release the updated firmware to allow the ps3 to play 3d blurays
