2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 Crew-Cab LT2 *all the bells and whistles* 5.3L V8 w/ 20" alloy rims, low pro tires, got a bed liner put in, premium audio system (she kicks), tinted windows and the tow package!

Bought the LCD on the right a couple of days ago.

The one on the left is Samsung T240 (1920x1200), the one on the right is a Samsung 2494HM (1920x1080), with the nice leg that allows it to move up, tilt, and rotate the whole panel...

Now I need a better desk cause it's too old and small (can't fit the speakers on it). This one (and the horrible wall paint) came with rented apartment.

I decided to change my cellphone -new vs old- not because the old one is not working anymore (it actually works just fine) but because I decided that it was about time to buy something to assist me on my daily activities.

Call quality is awesome, Ovi maps is great and very useful, browsing using opera mobile/mini is also great(the only drawback is the lack of flash support but is not a big deal since I wont be browsing too much on it), videos are great to watch, music player is great (speakers are good quality too), on-screen qwerty KB makes taking notes a breeze (things like appointments and random notes) and it even has a voice recorder that I haven't tried just yet.

Overall I'm happy with my new phone and since the phone performs great where it matters to me -making/receiving calls- I'm happy with that.

I have the same phone, and I've been using it since last summer. I fucking love it, mostly because the memory card is huge and the sound quality is great. It's really good for watching movies as well, and i can't blame anything on the quality since I accidental dropped it in a glass of water but it was fine just a cupple of hours later. and I love how fast you can type an sms with it!

I've had the phone for about 6 months and think it's great.

I don't agree with using the Opera Mini browser though, I tried it and didn't like it, the default one is really good (executes complex JS a fucking tonne faster than IE can, no kidding) and supports Flash. Also, I'd recommend using Google's Maps app over Ovi's. I'm glad to hear it survived being dropped in water, I've never dropped mine very far but I know someone who got the phone before me and dropped it on the floor and it cracked the screen and broke entirely. Beware the wrist-strap as mine broke after about 3 months (of quite rigourous use), luckily I was holding it when it broke.

What kind of video are you guys watching on it? Just the regular low(er) quality rips? Or are you re-encoding them to fit the phone better? And when do you do it anyway? :blink:

me to. its wicked with the new symbian that got out at xmas, fixed all the crashes and made it more stable and easier to use. downloaded a few apps and games for it as well, most useful is probably the flashlight app and to remote control my mediaserver through bluetooth. not to mention fring.

was using an iphone today though, couldnt find a feature to have an mp3 as a ringtone from the mp3-player haha. get the same panic as when i see a mac, its just stupid and expensive.
