i read a few reviews of them there an lot of people were saying the sound quality on them was crap, i have a set of sennheiser pmx80, great sound off them but i dont like the way they sit, and how the lead comes out of it at the front, i like the way the lead is on them phillps, coming out the back

Sound review by me: Philips SHQ4000

Overall 4/5
Tremble 3,5/5
Bass 4,5/5

Alright soundquality on hardrock songs, awesome soundquality on techno songs.

I must agree after testing my hardrock playlist(which i normally run with) its not the best soundquality.

I would say they are like the earphones you get with the galaxy S2 + more bass. maybe slightly worse on tremble. But for the price i think it was a good deal.

Sound quality and comfort is extremely important for me so i will see tomorrow how they work.

Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 (I know the S3 is coming, but I'm not all that impressed with it - the Note is far more useful to me). Apologies for the dodgy picture - I took it on my Desire.

House of Marley 'Positive Vibration' headphones. I'll admit that I was initially suckered by the brand, but I tried them out in HMV and was suitably impressed with the sound quality you get for the price (I paid £45).

I still need a smaller one though. Can't really use that for normal text printing...

I'm pretty chuffed with them tbh. The cable management is the best; being braided, the cable doesn't really tangle anyway, but I found out after I bought them that you could fold them up too:

I got them too, from HMV for £25 about a month ago. For the price, chuffingly good headphones but not bus friendly - sound leakage is stupidly bad - on par with the uber shit stock apple buds. Despite that, they were brilliant. Unfortunately I left them on the bus a couple weeks ago and when I got in touch with the driver 20min later (number supplied by bus company after I called their customer services)... Either he's kept them, or another passenger bagged them after I got off. Either way, gutted. Wouldn't pay the £50 full price for them though - if they ever drop to £25 I may buy them again (yes, im aware the 2 x £25 would make up the full price etc... shush!)

Purchased yesterday in Luton airport:

Probably a dumb question, but do you mean sound leaking out or in? =P

If it's the former, I'd say I've found quite the opposite - nobody around me seems to be able to hear what I'm listening to until I take them off. As far as sound leaking in, I'd say that it's a bit of an issue, but I was walking with them on along the cliffs of the Gower a couple of days ago while it was particularly windy, and, while I could hear the wind, I could still comfortably listen to the music at less than full volume. Maybe they fit me better or something, I guess.

EDIT: Oh, and bad luck about leaving them on the bus - that sucks =[

Personally I would say leaking in and out. I have rather small ears so the cups covered them very well, but with my music up high enough to drown outside noise, it's very audible to others around me. If the volume was any quieter, some parts of my music would be too quiet to enjoy, or it would allow sound to leak in - a friend of mine has the same earphones and shares the same thoughts but it could be you have tiny teeny weeny little ears so you won't need music up high enough others hear it or something :giggle:

It's a bit on the slow side since I am uploading and downloading a few things - usually get about 95/85 from speedtest, but about 95/92 from maxing from different hosts.

I knew that. That`s one of the reasons I wanted to try it.:lol:I`m a bit disappointed, it`s not what I expected (different persons...different bodies... different reactions).
All I can say is that ,IMO, there are better products (like NO-XPLODE) on the market.

I tried it about an year a go. Got about half way through the package.

For me, it felt like drinking  whole lot of coffee, and a bit of creatine pre workout. That's about it.

I've tried WTF(wake the freak). It was pretty nice, although I got used to it.
The other day I tried Unleash V3 (I don't know if it's available abroad) and it worked pretty well for me.
