It's Belgian so they have a slightly different choice of words then Dutch people, also sometimes it was hard to understand so this is a crude translation without the laughing:

Johnny was the man who sung what was in the minds and hearts of those of his time the same as Woody and Arlo Guthrie or Grace Slick,Bob Dillion.
Fact is some of the music I love the best is the old Woody Guthrie songs which sing the history of the Great Duststorm and mass move to California...and the pain and sorrow of the L.A. flood and early times of those years along with the great accomplishments of the time as the Grand Coulee Dam project.
