from the accents it is definitely Miami. I disagree that the judge was out of line since she was in clear contempt by definition of law and he did give her a "warning" when he first only raised her bail. It sounds like she is the typical spoiled cuban princess and 30 days (which will no doubt be reduced to a couple days) in a jail cell will hopefully give her a new outlook on the world.

1) Her bail had been set and she was DISMISSED from court.
Him calling her back to change the bail was his first mistake.

2) She was then DISMISSED from court again.
Her comment outside of court was not a crime...him sending her to jail was his 2nd mistake.

Some attorney is going to make a mint suing.
