We usually don't get good deals in Sweden. I think it's because no electronics is manufactured here and we have to import everything. Then we have to pay customs and high taxes on everything. If you wish to buy something in another country it is easiest if you know someone in that country that can order it for you. Then he/she repackages it and ships it to you marked as a "gift". That way it passes through customs unnoticed.

got my confirmation email no problem
anyhoo, from the thread I started regarding getting cheap Microsoft points for xbox but this offer could be used for anything, this is a copy and paste from the thread I made.
Quote:
after a bit of searching best I can find is this
£15 off when you spend £15 or more at very.co.uk. Code: ZZ968
Then use Code: XV002 For Free delivery!
First time customers only.
so go to very.co.uk, buy 4200 points, with these codes you get free deliver and £15 off so it works out at £20 for 4200 points.
a fair chunk of change saved me thinks
edit: checked my bank statement and I have been charged £35 for the points, so I call up and ask what the deal is, it has been explained to me that as soon as my order is dispatched (within 2 days in this case) they refund the promotional code value to my bank account.
not ideal but I still saved a moderate chunk of change, just adding this information in case anyone else wants to take up this offer, so basically they charge you full price to start with then once dispatched you get the £15 you saved back.
they better gimme my £15 back in a couple days lol its part of my weekend beer money !! lol
£15 off and free delivery aint bad at all, thought I would share it here for those who have not seen my xbox live points thread.

I was assured by the person I spoke with on the phone that as soon as the item is despatched you get the money back, its a part of the littlewoods group so I don't think there there will be a problem.
I will post as soon as the money is back in the bank, should be monday or tuesday.

This morning I received my points card and the £15 was put back in my bank account.
That's what people are saying... Littlewoods are notorious for then TAKING that money out of your account again, usually months down the line. Given Littlewoods own Very (and a few others) you can pretty much guarantee it'll be the same deal there.

I have a long standing account with littlewoods and if they even attempt to take money out of my bank without my knowledge there will be hell to pay.
As far as I am concerned the deal has been done, I received my item at the discounted price and have payed the bill.
are company's just allowed to take money from peoples bank accounts when no direct debits have been authorised ?
And that card I used to pay the bill only has money in the account for a matter of hours at best and is usually sitting empty.
they can try and take the money if they wish, if they succeed then I don't have a problem going ape shit with my bank who I have been a loyal customer with for 29 years and littlewoods who I have been a loyal customer for about ten years.
I would rather not have to bother though but if they take 15 from my account I am fairly certain it will be put back after a very short time. with apologies.
