I don't think obama is an atheist, he is clearly a christian, but I think he is a closet atheist, meaning that even he is christian, he don't really believe god has any affect on anything. And clearly he has a very different view on gays,abortion,womens rights etc. than those who call themselfs christians.

Penn Jillette has many similar views on this clip as I do (although we have many different views too, he is too gullible in my opinion).

I think the 11 million is the holocaust number (jews + other ethnic groups etc.). The total number is then higher when you coun't the russian (and other) "ordinary" civilians who were killed for revenge and for fun etc. under the orders of high command.
In many baltic countries however it was the locals who were happy to kill jews and other enthinc minorities, germans only need to give them the approval and they were ready to butcher.

No where there you state that the atheist society must be established from the existing christian societies, nowhere. You even accept that my example is a society (a primitive tribal society in your own words).
If you want to repersent an argument, represent it as you mean it, don't cry about imaginary dots which should be connected, if there are additional condition, then represent them.
