The items in the back only confirms that it's supposed to be interpreted as the same person. Look at the upper nosebridge in the second and first picture compared to the last one. The only viable solutions to that error are that it's not the same girl, she used theatrical makeup or the last pic only looks good because of the camera angle.

You can near on completely transform your face/structure with makeup. Their was a video on here how this Asian girl made her eyes massive (like the pic) So yeah, i believe its the same woman.

Giving the idea of making eyes bigger is an illusion, they are not actually bigger, so many of this girls features change quite dramatically (eyes, nose, forehead, cheeks, chin, nostrils, her face appears a bit more slender in the latter two pics and also who changes their shirt mid putting makeup on?) im really not believeing its the same person.

Steev08, nobody said anything about the eyes but there are some features that change that make up really can't do anything about. Check the nose bridge between the eyes on all of the pictures. Makeup can't change basic proportions.

Hehe it's funny when a bunch of guys discuss what makeup and camera angels can and cant do. So I'll let my girlfriend takeover from here.

The eyes are a nobrainer. Asians use this thing called double eyelid tape.

Rest of it is heavy makeup just like in the video. The nose change is the simple mechanic of facial expression. As you see the mouth is smaller, she is inhaling and just chaning her facial expression during the photo. You can even see the beuty marks/scars in the photos.

I find it funny that you guys think that _this_ picture is fake

. Oh the pictures I've seen in my days , there are more unbelievable ones than this. There is a video of an asian girl on a tv show. The left half of her face is the normal non-pretty self, and the right side of her face is like a doll/supermodell with those big eyes and everything.

But that picture is just not even the tip of the iceberg.

Edit 2: She was actually mad at me for asking her if it's fake. Like if I should have known better. : (
