Hmm.. you're right, I apologize.

I just took out a bottle from the fridge that was laying there since Christmas - I swore to myself that bottle will stay there with about half a liter of coke as proof I won't drink coke again... well, since then I drank 3 liters of pepsi and 2l of coke (damn you pizza guys coming with free 1l of pepsi on big orders)... so I threw it out now after making this picture.

So apparently this Christmas edition of coke has only 27 grams of sugar but per 250ml. I mixed out the values because on our labels here we have both values per 100ml and values per serving, which is 250ml.

So you can see anyway, it's just 27 grams of sugar or 270 grams per 2.5l bottle, nothing nutritional, just instant sweet. But I'm pretty sure the latest bottles have 32 grams of sugar and Pepsi has 34 grams of sugar.

It's still 27g/250ml in Sweden.

Which means that you have to drink ~9.26L to get to 1kg of sugar.

And Coke Zero ftw!

And who says sugar is "nothing nutritional". Sure, there's no vitamins and minerals in there but sugar is pure carbohydrate loveliness. Beats fat as an energy source...

I think he mean that high fructose corn syrup is worse then sugar. It aint proven(afaik) but debated
