Edit: Anyone know how to remove the trashcan from desktop? and place it in start menu or something?

I don't like to have any icons so I just right-click on desktop: View - Show desktop icons.
But you can remove just the recycle bin if you want too. Just look under personalize, should be to the right, Select desktop icons.
