WHy is the tracker overloaded?
I'm getting the message: Connection error (ConnectEception: Connection Refused: connect)
Only when I download from TB...
Somebody please help?
I'm suddenly getting "connection limit exceeded" (on Scary Movie torrent).
Is that me or the tracker causing the problem?

zx's edit: If your connection is unreliable or you do not shutdown your bittorrent client properly every time then your profile may continue to show old sessions which are no longer actively uploading or downloading. These will normally be cleared automatically after a few hours.
In other words, that error message will disappear by itself.
Same here... But what i upload seems to be registred with the tracker.

Hello,
I am recently experiencing problems reaching the site, as I am getting a HTTO 403 forbidden access error.
I do not know why this happened as I was always able to log into the site and my ratio is quite OK.
Can anyone help me with this please?

hedit: 403 means your IP is banned. You're probably using one of the ISPs we banned recently.

I get "Torrent not registered with this tracker" error opening any torrent file. I'm using bitcomet 0.70. Is anything wrong with this version.
I tried azureus and it works. Has anybody have an explenation for this sort of tracker/client behaviour?
later added: Never mind, it seems like something went wrong with bitcomet. Reinstall solved the problem.

FILENOTFOUNDEXCEPTION?
Hi-
After restarting my computer, and reopening Azureus, I found that all my TB torrents said "Connection Error (FileNotFoundException:http://tracker.torrentbytes... ). This is evidently a problem some people have had last year (there were a couple of posts in the forum), but i have tried reinstalling my bit torrent client, no luck.
All torrents from TB now display this error and do not connect.
Any ideas?

I've read many posts, but I haven't found a solution for my problem. I menaged to download torrent file, but I cant connect to peers. I use ABC. I dont know how to fix this. ABC doesn't have options which I could change to fix this.
I was having the same problem with Utorrent, the error was host not recognized or something. Changing the web address for the IP number worked also for me. http://85.17.40.247/ before the announce part.

I cant download any file from torrentbytes.. it works from other sites, but not this one.. it says: Tracker Response Error:torrent not registered with this tracker.
Anyone who knows if there is a problem in Torrentbytes? Or is it just my connection or something?

I've tried several torrents.. both new and old ones..
oK, I tried searching for the right answer but was unable to find something that would help fix the problem.
I am getting one of those 2 error messages:
ERROR (date/time)
Problem connecting to tracker - (11001, 'getaddrinfo failed')
or
ERROR (date/time)
Problem connecting to tracking - <urlopen error -(7, 'getaddrinfo failed)>
I have had those for about 5 days now, unable to download or even upload anything. I have kept azureus and bittornade open for more than 48hrs and nothing happened. Added the line mentioned in here in the hosts file and still nothing. There is a link in this threat talking about adding something to Azureus but the link wont work. Can anyone repost or tell me what I can do?

Most connection problems - to the site and the tracker - should now (or will shortly) be corrected. The DNS is updated now.

I've searched the forum for the answer to this but I couldn't find anything.
When I try to log in, vote or post in the forum I get an error message:
"Please enable referers in your firewall or browser and try again"
I don't know how to enable referers, I can't search for it since my software is in Swedish. I use Firefox and Norman Firewall.
If someone has the solution I'd be very thankful.
PS. I order to post this I had to disable my firewall which is quite annoying to do everytime I want to post or vote. DS.
hedit: It's pretty obvious that the problem is your firewall. Check it's privacy settings and disable stealth browsing if there's such an option (note that it's not the same as stealth mode for port scans).

This is the first time i got that message and i'm not cheating. I don't even know how to cheat.
