I tried overclocking my CPU from 2.6Ghz to 2.9Ghz via NVC panel (HT Bus to 223mhz) Mem oc to 892mhz. i ran the windows assessment thing to see what the score goes to, after a minute or so of it finishing I got a BSOD - "Trap Cause Unknown"  0x00000012 (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000

My spec

AMD 5200+ 2.6ghz
Corsair DDR2 800 4GB
M2N-E SLI NF500 MB

I tried searching for the error but couldn't really find anything, can anyone from TB help?

Seems to be related to using a sound blaster live card in your system. :unsure:

hmm, I have a X-FI Titanium. i dnt get that error if i lower it to 2.86ghz. guess I'll have to leave it at that until I can afford a new system. Thanks for your reply

I'm guessing your clock is also affecting PCi slots, som overclocks do. See in your bios if you have
some sort of lock, or ratio thing etc.
