Lol......the first half was unbearable but the second half had a little bit of action in it.
Overall it was a very dry satire. Too weird for me and not funny at all. 4/10

I passed on this movie at the time until now because everyone slammed it when it was released.
For the life of me I can't understand what the problem is.

I remember people were complaining about the accents and a little bit of gay stuff but if you overlook such trivial complaints, this is a very good ancient epic. It's pretty long and I wasn't bored at any time.
Two people who watched it with me agree.

21 7/10 not outstanding acting work, not from Spacey either. But not a second boring, although I
didnt like the ending.

Oh and Emile Hirsch would've been great for the main character Ben Campbell.

21 - 7.2 Nice film and very watchable, not a dull moment. Though the ending could have been better; it didnt need to be altered much essentially, but something wasnt quite as satisfying as it could have been.

Props to the guys over at another site that did an awesome mkv release of it..man that quality was crazy compared to the xvid here

21 - 6.5/10, I reeeeally wanted to like this movie, but if you have read the book (Bringing Down the House), it just doesnt do enough. Not a horrible effort though, Spacey rocks.
