Step Up 2: The Streets - 6.6/10

Was a good film and similar to the first one in standard. Bit corny but hey what do you expect! I still think 'you got served' is the best dance film.

might have rated it higher if I was privy to the 3d version but at home it wasn't really impressive.
Angelina Jolie is highly overrated as well.

What potential to intrigue, mystify (is that even a word?) and scare the movie had was either served in extremely little amount or more often simply overshadowed by huge piles of bad cgi, annoying scenes or just nothing interesting at all. A fine ending though. Overall a watchable movie that made me wonder just how much better it could have been. But I considered Bloodrayne watchable as well, so...

Hitman - 6/10 - It was because I know the games so well that I didn't like it much... Was ok.

Alvin & The Chipmunks - 8/10 - Loved the cartoon as a kid, enjoyd the film a lot...

Southland Tales - 4/10 - I get that it was meant to be an ensemble of the directors vision's losely strung together by a number of plots but I just thought it was shit...

Run Fat Boy Run - 8/10 - Very funny, love Simon Pegg.

The Mask - 8/10 - Always loved this film, Great.

Alvin and the Chipmunks - 4/10: the chipmunks were great & adorable, but overall the film was disappointing. didn't like the story.
Lars and the Real Girl - 8/10: pretty touching. not the comedy i thought it would be.
