Host 4/10 - Twilight with parasites
Jack Reacher 6+10 it was a descent action flick, nothing we haven't seen before but solid movie for a borring evening.
Oblivion 5+/10 i liked the special effects, but the movie was predictable, borring at times - not worth a money for sure.
Last stand - 4/10 Wow ! didn't expected it to be so bad.. I wont even start blaming Arnie for taking this role, he's character was expressionless, typical and not interesting at all. I just didn't care for him much. But the worst thing about the movie was Johnny Knoxville - this role was a insult to an adult viewer, it was so pathetic it is not even worth describing.

Marvel marathon! The Incredible Hulk - 4/10 - Kinda boring, unused potential. Iron Man - 6/10 - Good jokes, bland action. Iron Man 2 - 6/10 - Good jokes, slightly better action. X-men Origins: Wolverine - 6/10 - Not as bad as I remembered it. Solid first half, weak ending. X-Men: First Class - 5/10 - Great Magneto and Wheels, silly everything else.

Mama (2013)

Most of these types of horror movies are really boring with weak actors and characters who do stupid things or go looking for danger but Mama is different in that all the cast are good actors, including the kids, and there was only one time a character (psychiatrist) went looking for trouble where he shouldn't have gone.

There's a cool looking car crash, the spirit CGI is done well and it's a decent thriller.

Good action and good acting, not the most original plot, but it worked.

Not the best CGI in the world either, felt kinda cheap in some scenes.

Iron Man 3. 3/10
Wow, just got home from the theaters. What a load of crap this movie was. No feeling at all, the scenes and lines that were supposed to be funny were awful and everything was soooo predictable.
All this "Mr. President patriot-america drivel was cheesy twenty years ago. Stop it.
First I got almost angry at wasting my money on this, then I just laughed - Yikes, hollywood will never learn when to stop making sequels. Maybe stop after one or two movies next time. This just ruins the whole series, which still was only decent at best.
Still, big fan of Guy Pearce. Some good action scenes. And well, the 7.9 imdb rating doesn't lie either so maybe I'm just not supposed to watch action sequels.

Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters (2013)

A fun twist to the old fable. The two leads had good chemistry and the witches were pretty cool also.
Pacing was just right from start to finish and the fights were great.
It's quite a bit better than Abe Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.

The Place Beyond the Pines - 7/10 - I disliked virtually every character in this movie and its kinda hard to really enjoy it when you're not really rooting for anyone. Still a good solid film.

Army of Shadows (1969)

A movie about a group of French resistance fighters during WWII. You won't see much action nor the group carrying out any sabotage. Instead it focuses on the struggle to always stay one step ahead of Gestapo. Visually it's a masterpiece, as usual when it comes to Jean-Pierre Melville.

really enjoyed this movie, Samual L jackson made me laugh out loud. Not typical Taranatino flick but def. one to watch (preferred this one over ingl. bastards and kill bill)
