great visuals, but the entire movie I couldn't help but to think of Sniper foaming at the mouth with rage because of the content.

Shakespeare in Love - 7/10 - It was good but what a shame it gave up the great Shakespearean wit and wordplay (that priest of psyche scene!) very early for a less interesting rom com with bits of the Bard.

Into The Wild - 9/10 - Really a brilliant film. To begin with I thought the main character was a bit of a prick & that I wasn't going to like the film but boy was I wrong.

Worst movie i've ever seen. Simply horrible acting and effects.
Diden't really think i would ever rate any movie lower then 4.

Rise of the guardians 4.5/10
- who came up with this script? Only good thing about this movie was the painting Sasquatch.

Zero Dark 30 7/10
- Decent, but a weak 7, glad Jessica Chastain didn't get the Oscar, because simply she wasn't that good in this movie. Then again Jennifer Lawrence shouldn't have won it either.

The Impossible 8.5/10
- Now Naomi Watts should have gotten the Oscar, excellent role, great film! Couldn't help the tears streaming down my eyes.

Life of Pi 7.5/10
- kinda regret not seeing this at the cinema, probably would have been the only movie I would enjoy in 3d so far.

Zero Dark Thirty - 5/10 - Going by the reviews I was expecting a fairly realistic, almost documentary, low key take on the whole thing. Instead it was an uninteresting standardl movie. Fairly well done and produced, but mostly boring and not particularly good. Also the lead actress was considered for an Oscar? Really?!

Here Comes the Boom - 6/10

Well the premise of the movie, if you look at the main actor, is pretty stupid so you can't expect much, but it was pretty funny and certainly miles ahead of his recent movies (Zookeeper, Paul Blart: Mall Cop).

Life of Pi - 6/10
Stunning looking movie but the story didn't blow me away really.

Hitchcock 5/10
Decent movie but the story felt pretty empty like they didn't have that much interesting to tell about Hitchcock. And i didn't really care for Anthony Hopkins portrayal of Hitchcock. It felt more like a caricature.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey 7.5/10
I was a bit worried that they would take a different more childish rout with The Hobbit (i guess that the dwarf poster turned me off - it looks stupid like shit) but the movie felt exactly like Lord of the Rings, so i'm really looking forward to the continuation.

Oh. And i watched Mad Max for the second time in like 20+ years. All i could think was "Man! The music in this movie is so bladdie awful! (yeah, that's my australian accent)"

The book is 50 times better. They cut out alot of it from the movie.

Not to mention Papillon, my nr 1 favourite book of all time, holy fuck. They massacered it with the movie.
Needs to be made into a mini series..

Good movie, I think it's quite underrated, good acting and excellent camera work.
Great story as well but the ending was rushed. It should've been 15 minutes longer and it would have got a full seven. Felt like you missed out on the ending somehow.
