agreed with everyone else, was basically a basterdation of the franchise. God forbid hollywood just let something die when the original guy doesn't want to do it anymore.

Premium Rush - 7/10

silly overdone premise (*insert blue collar job* being chased by baddies over *insert object* and has *insert time* to get it where it needs to go or *insert person* dies) but was actually an enjoyable watch.

Resident Evil: Retribution - 4/10 - Game cutscenes: The film. It wasn't insulting, extraordinarily bad or ugly or cheap or anything, it just was not a movie.

Resident Evil Retribution : 4.5/10

Non of them were great, but neither were they terrible. Biggest let down was Res Evil, as I enjoyed the last 3 movies on the series. Only plus side was the pretty awesome ending.

The Hollow Crown - 6/10 - A mixed bag but in the end it is Shakespeare and that is always good. Richard II was probably the best of the four parts, the two Henry IVs were much worse, and Henry V was good. I think sticking 100 percent to the plays was detrimental, as the high production value was wasted - or it should have taken a more stylized, theatre play approach (kind of like the Richard II part did). Branagh did it better.

I have no idea why I keep trying to watch these garbage movies. I know it's what it is supposed to be from the video game, but I cant stand taking the zombie genre to such an insane fantasy level with hell demon types of monsters.

I guess with the resident evil movies some people hate it some people love it, im more towards the love it people. Havent watched this one yet so cant comment on it. Doubtful i would ever give it under 5/10. Obviously the first 2 were the best and the next ones were more "meh" but i havent hated them. And movies DONT have to based on the games..
Its not exactly a surprise that series go more and more down the shitter the longer they milk it..

The Bourne Legacy - 4/10. Thats no Bourne movie. Had no expectations for it so no disappointment either.

Prometheus - watched it again in the cinema now and still compared to the alien movies its a piece of turd sadly

Skyfall - 6/10

left the theater somewhat disappointed. Is Daniel Craig not a good actor? he seems to have almost no lines in any of these bond movies almost as if they are purposefully limiting him to a single line of dialogue at a time.

Citizen Kane - 6/10 - It feels strange watching a movie like this. The 'filmmaking' quality is great - perhaps surprisingly so given the 70 year gap - with its storytelling techniques, cinematography, even acting, but the whole, the 'meat' just was not that interesting. The parts were more than the sum? Or whatever. Rosebud.

Chinatown - 8/10 - Now here's a movie I can both enjoy as a viewer looking for entertainment and that is so well made even a person like me can appreciate the craft behind it! Won't forget, even though it's Chinatown.

You just gave the new Resident Evil movie a higher score than Prometheus.
