First Snow (2006)

Very good moody thriller and Guy Pearce is perfect for this roll.
A sleazy salesman ( Pearce) has a session with a fortune teller while he's stuck at an isolated garage until his car is repaired. The fortune teller gives him some good news and some bad news.

He shrugs it all off until......and then he becomes paranoid.

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter - 3/10 - Meh, cheap, forgettable, not particularly fun, wannabe Matrix action scenes just don't cut it anymore. I did kind of like the mix of history and vampires but that too could have been done better or made more prominent I guess.

Sod it, i like marvel / DC films, this could of been a lot worse, i actually think it was far too short and could of really done with more story building.

Seeking a Friend for the End of the World - 5/10 - I had high hopes for this but while it's a great idea it just doesn't work. I just kept thinking Keira is far too young for this guy and they had absolutely no chemistry. Plus when they confessed their love for each other I couldn't understand where it had come from or when it had happened which is always a bad sign.

Still the ending was sweet!

My expectations were over the top, so I came out of this a bit disappointed. Good, recommended movie but a bit over-hyped

(know it's a tv-show, but I just can resist, I hate that it got cancelled, third time watching it).
