I gotta say there's a reveal in there that I completely didn't see coming and that surprised me cause I'm not exactly new to the Batman mythology. The other reveal which was sorta obvious and they were hinting at almost from the beginning
The only thing that I didn't like about that was he didn't set him up as the new Batman and sorta just let him become the new Batman on his own.

It really is a great movie. Listen up industry I don't mind handing over money when movies are this good.

Agree 100% movie was superb and i'll miss these Nolan led films!!

Wild Bill. An indie film about a dad returning from a stint in prison to his two estranged sons who've been left by their mom to fend for themselves. Great directing debut by Dexter Fletcher. 7/10.

My Score: - 7/10

Not a classic or anything like it, and to be honest this is entirely biased towards Gabriel Macht (Harvey Specter from Suits) being in it. Plus the fact that Robert Patrick a firm favourite of mine ever since I saw him running like a maniac chasing Arnie in T2, not to mention The Unit (Damn you CBS!!!)

Overall, quite a good movie, reasonably good on the technical side of things, not entirely sure why half of the LAPD SWAT team's chests say exactly that in the worst piece of wardrobe design ever, but hey. Solid story, solid acting...look forward to watching some more Macht goodness if I can find it.

A really good movie. I used to think any film starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson wasn't going to be very good. I was pleasantly surprised. This garnered a new respect from me. I'm just sorry I didn't watch it years ago.

Again, good story and solid acting. What more can you ask for?

Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home - 6/10 - Wasn't a fan of the original series but the movies have been really good & you can see the influence on the subsequent series. The problem is this film was too comedic for me. I definitely didn't like the setting I mean if it has to be earth I want to see one in the future not the 'present'. I also didn't like the story that much either, nice message I guess but c'mon I want just didn't think it worked. Still I suppose it was a nice send off for the original cast.

The Dark Knight Rises - 8/10 - Disappointing, confusing start, superb second act, enjoyable if spotty ending. Way too many shortcuts and questions/plot holes. Suffered from the same problems as the previous parts - felt like several movies combined into one. Worst of the trilogy, or just selective memory of the previous two?
