This Means War - 7/10

The film is probably about 70% RomCom, 30% action, but I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would, and found myself laughing quite often.

decent enough for a watch - basically one of those movies...big time goes back to small town to find themselves..blah blah blah...

Drive - 5.5/10

Not sure what all of the fuss was about. Maybe I'm too ignorant to understand its artistic brilliance but it seemed to be trying a bit too hard. Good sound track and the opening car scene was good.

Crazy, Stupid, Love - 7.5/10

Much better than I thought it would be. It got better and better as it went on.

Source Code - 7/10

Good film with an interesting plot, kept me hooked

The Sitter - 6.5/10

Quite funny at times. The Mexican kid was hilarious

It had some good moments but not enough to save the movie.

Elizabeth - 5/10 - Decent enough but I enjoyed the sequel much more. Was a bit too hasty and rushed maybe.

The Thing - 7/10 - Solid prequel which is a massive achievement given the cult status of the original. CGI while fantastic isn't yet up to the standard of rubber latex and goo. I think if they'd gone with old fashioned practical monster effects this would have been a slightly better and scarier movie. Still the monster at the end was beautifully done and I quite enjoyed the film.

The best part is when you find out it's inspired by a true story. I wish they'd put a bit more effort in the ending.

Super - 7/10 - What the hell did I just watch :lol:

Elle Page was awesome and my god that's a first for a rape scene, cannot for the life of me ever remember seeing one like that before. One of the craziest movies I've seen in a while. More like this please.

Safe House - 7/10 - It was alright, should have been better though.

The Sentinel - 6/10 - Great actors but Kinda crappy. Not sure why I bothered watching this again I'm sure I'd seen it before but must have forgotten most of it.

Tangled - 7/10 - Good but I prefer Pixar stuff plus the ending kinda bothered me. I mean how did they know that was their daughter? :lol:

Silly question but given the way it ended I imagine she could have proved who she was at one point.

Didnt expect much and wasn't even sure whether I wanted to watch a film or not but couldn't stop watching after the first few minutes in. Really good movie, liked the camera work and setting of the film.

I was expecting more comedy, but the lack of it didn't bother me as much as the awkward storyline did.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo - 5/10 - Unimpressed. But watchable I guess. An interesting premise turned into an entirely forgettable thriller needlessly spiced up with an autist emo edgy leather wearing HACKER girl.

A much better ending would have made this movie perfect. The storyline was mysterious, but the ending made it totally forgettable. I was still more than satisfied with it overall.
