Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides - watched the first 25 min and strangely enough I was thinking "I'm too old for this shit" (I'm 21).

Agreed! Anyone who watched the X-Men trilogy and X-Men Origins: Wolverine knows something ain't quite right in the continuity right now, let alone in the future.

I just hope some clever director comes along for the next movie and explains some of this by say introducing Bishop & Cable cause eventually there's gonna be a boxset that seems a bit off lol.

Attack The Block - 7/10 - Take the possibly the least sympathetic group in Britain (not just chavs but criminal ones too) and after a horrific crime attempt to make the audience connect with the characters, not an easy feat and if I'm honest not entirely successful.

The movie was fun though, hate the language they use but that was soon easy to get past. It's funny though I grew up in a north London council estate in the 80s but can't relate to these kids at all, I'm getting old man.

Insomnia ( 2002 ) : Nolan's remake of the Norwegian movie, Insomnia. It was a good movie, good cast and the story was good. All in all a good remake, but it didnt overcome the original. Don't get me wrong, both Pacino and Williams did a hellish good job, but I feel that there is something more with the original..7/10

Insomnia ( 1997 ) : It's the same as above, but not as mainstream and the actors rate from famous to not so famous. Stellan Skarsg�rd, Sverre Anker Ousdal and Maria Bonnevie to name some famous. ( The last 2 mainly in Norway ) But it's something special about this one, can't put my finger on it. Liked it way more than the remake. 9/10

Orion's Belt ( 1985 ) : Ah, a classic. Seen it 4-5 times, never gets bored. 9/10

All 3 are highly recommended if you like thrillers.

Unknown: This was a damn good one ! Liam did a good job, as always. Bruno Ganz did a great apperance, but wanted to see him more. Same with Frank Langella. Kruger and Jones was also good. Good story, good acting, and a good twist storywise. Loved it.

Pretty good classic styled zombie flick. I do however still find it hard buying into "slow" zombies being able to get as out of hand as faster moving ones would.
