The last Circus 7/10

Okay, this movie is seriously fucked up. Some parts of it were rather entertaining and other a tad on the boring side. It's listed in IMDB as a comedy, sure, it has a few funny parts but other than that it's just depressing. :lol:

The movie is about a boy who's father ends up fighting in the Spanish civil war, equipped with just a machete and a clown suit, the boy has seen too much death and suffering as a child and can't be a happy clow like his father, instead he becomes a sad clown in the circus. He falls in love with the acrobat and looses his mind resulting in pretty fucked up last part of the movie.

I love all these Victorian period movies (after I download the subs of course). Everyone just seemed so socially disciplined and serious back than, there was no nonsense to be had.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 - 8/10 - Great movie, as a whole the Deatly Hallows are far superior to all the movies in the series and make a really nice ending to the long running saga.

Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes - 7/10 - Great film. Bit weird rooting for the Apes in this given that eventually they'll take over whether it be through us dying or them killing us plus it's kinda weird supporting them knowing how much of a douche they'll be to the remaining humans lol.

I love the way the explained how this happens, never really considered how the planet got taken over by apes but yeah great it was an interesting back story.
