Super 8 - 4/10. I kinda liked the atmosphere in the first half of the movie. All downwards from there, though. Fucking kids...

Insidious - 1/10. Are they serious with this shit? Complete waste of time. Just as bad as Drag Me to Hell, Paranormal Activity and all that crap.

For me it was more like bourne identity remake.
Badass agent has a memory loss due some time spent in the water and then he becomes a good man fighting against his old organization.
Also in both films some young chick is helping them to find their identity and good side and in the end they are more or less a couple.

Too Big To Fail - 7/10 - Still scary to think how bad things were back in 2008 and how close we came to having our whole financial banking system falling apart. Great dramatisation of it.

Daybreakers - 6/10 (Average vampire flick with a nice ending)

Das Boot - 7/10

(Great movie but I kind of lost focus a little bit in between as the German language and the length of the movie is 3 and a half hour. Very tragic end though.)

Apocalypse Now - 9/10 (Really depressing and some of the best film making ever.)

Rango - 8.5/10

The animation was probably some of the best Ive seen especially the styling they used. It also seems that they really took into account the parents having to also sit through it so there is way more adult aimed humor than your typical kids movie. Last but not least was Depp who did a fantastic job with his character.

Dreamcatcher - 3/10 - This is one of the worst movies I've ever seen in my life, perhaps even the worst. A true example of imcompetent film making. The story sucks, the acting is crap and the whole thing is just plain daft. I mean the scene with the toilet where all he has to do is sit down on the toilet is so fucking stupid that I wanted to kill everyone involved in the movie.

It's just one of the the strangest pieces of shit I've seen since The Happening it really is that bad. :thumbsdown:

Hanna 8/10

Really enjoyed the filming and direction of this film. The lesser known actress who played Hanna did a superb job in my opinion, also the movie had a killer soundtrack.

watched it this weekend. I think you forgot the fact that it's supposed to be like that since it's a grindhouse style flick.

I was entertained. 8/10

Drive Angry. Also enjoyable. I was surprised considering it was Nic Cage flick but it's his Constantine I guess.. Also 8/10

Season of the Witch. This brought me back to reality. With a different director and lead actor and villain it might have been good. Still okay to watch if you've nothing else.

Red Riding Hood. could have been a TV movie. felt bad for Gary Oldman.
