The Adjustment Bureau  5/10

Replace the chairman with god and the adjustment bureau with angel squad and you have seen this plot in a at least half a dozen movies before.

Dylan Dog: Dead of Night - 5/10

It was stupid, but that Marcus character was funny as hell.

When I started it, it was going good, but I thought the ending was just plain crap and could have been much better. 5/10 is the best for it IMO. :judge:

Sucker Punch - 3/10 (Great CGI, rest is all crap)

Despicable Me - 8/10 (Pure hilarious)

Drive Angry - 4/10

It looked like a cheesy B-movie, as it was intended, but it didn't turn out like Machete for instance. I'm surprised at the rating on IMDb.

Anzacs - 9/10 - Masterpiece. Yeah not technically a movie but a miniseries but what the hell. This is up there with Band of Brothers. Better than it even in some ways. A point off for the occasional lack of production value or a over the top light hearted entertainment scene here and there but who cares. Watched all five parts in one go. Which is like seven hours. The characters, the atmosphere, loved every single minute of it.

X-Men: First Class - 8.5/10

Freakin' brilliant! The best beginning possible. At first I thought the idea of unknown actors would piss me off, but it did the movie nothing but good. I liked the story and the ending, and how it connects to the other parts we've already seen.

And I laughed my ass off at that Wolverine cameo.

Exactly my thoughts. The entire theater erupted with laughter at
Wolverine's dialog

One of the best movies of 2011 hands down..

Insidious - 8/10

Gotta hand it to this movie, for a horror flick without any gory scenes this still entertained me all the way through even with my short attention span for drama.

I don't get what the detractors are talking about the second part of the movie being weaker since I totally enjoyed the time that was spent in the further especially that scene with the smiling woman with the gun.

Oh it wasn't scary at all though, at least for me.

Battle: Los Angeles - 6,5/10

Not as good as i thought it would be, but i guess it coulden't been much better when you follow a small group in battle.

True grit 8,5/10

It's a shame they had to go against so many good movies this year. I'd give this one an oscar over the kings speech, that won.

Green Lantern - 7/10 - I'm a huge fan of comic book based movies and although I enjoyed it this has to be the biggest disappointment I've seen of late. I didn't have much faith in it after hearing Ryan Reynolds had been cast plus the first trailer made the effects look crappy but I have to admit as time went by I started to get hopeful.

I'll say this, it's OK, Parallax is just a crappy enemy I'm not sure if he was this boring in the comics or it was the writing or being on the big screen but hopefully the
Sinestro
will be better and who knows maybe we'll get lucky and they'll replace Hal Jordan too.

Yeah the Cameo was awesome not sure who these 'unknown' actors you're talking about it are though.

Lincoln Lawyer 8/10

Solid movie, great plot, good acting. The ending was a bit abrupt and I kinda wished it was a little more detailed. But over great movie and the soundtrack was just awesome. Loved the music in this film.

edit: It had this Training Day feeling to it, which is one of my all time top 10 movies.

Insidious (2011)
The first half was decent but it went downhill fast afterwards, especially when they entered "The Further".
They showed way too much and it became silly in the last Act.
5/10

Limitless (2011)
A good thriller with an interesting plot. My only complaint is what happened with the Russians in the motel.
It was a bit of a reach.  Still an entertaining movie though.
7/10

No Strings Attached(2011)
I just don't find either Ashton Kutcher or Natalie Portman funny enough for a romantic comedy.
Painful to watch the whole movie.
4/10

Apart from Kevin Bacon and James McAvoy, I didn't know any of them. I remembered Michael Fassbender from Basterds, but I didn't know his name.

Priest - 7/10

A solid action flick, and Paul Bettany was really badass in it. Could have been a few minutes longer tho, the ending seemed rushed.
