Monsters - 5/10

Sounded cool when reading the Netflix description. Watched it and was thoroughly disappointed with the movie especially towards the end. It wasn't bad, just wasn't good.

Grown Ups - 3/10

Found it unbearable to watch at times. It had it's funny moments, but other than that it was mostly painful.

Gulliver's Travels 2/10

The Green Hornet 1/10

Both these movies were complete let downs, almost as if they were filmed for an audience of 2 to 6 year olds. The plots were shit, the movies were horrible. Surprised at these talented actors in both of these movies decided to do them once they read the ridiculous scripts. I guess they just needed some quick cash.

pulp phiction - another 10/10 movie without a doubt.. great plot..
shawshank redemption - this movie is top of the line 10/10 ..

By the way, 10/10 means it's the best there is, no room for any improvment at all. You just rated 3 movies to be the best.

@ Pimp, Apologizeses, did not mean to flame anyone I simply questioned them hoping to get a motivation for them out of mere interest of why he did so. But I didnt get a motivation I got a unpolite reply, hence the countered unpolite reply. (Did not mean to argue in this case either, simply provide an answer for your question why I care about how he reates he's movies, if you were interested in why.) Once again, sorry if per chance I have offended.

The point of this topic, I thought, was to not only tell what your last movie was but to show recommendations to people looking for movies, thats why I go here and why grade the movies otherwise? You could just name the movies you saw and leave it at that.

Rating a movie 10 means this movie is so good, you should skip sex with a hot modell to see it right now this second. Clearly that is an impossible scenario and thus using a 10 is saying something.

Most users here rate an okish movie with a 7, a 7 is a fantastic score, mediocre is 4-5 in my book, 6 at most but then it must have some element to peak an interest.

i rated the movie 10 because i think it deserves a 10..
the way the movie played out to be.. how it grabbed my interests
the plot.. and the characters.. i rate it a 10..

if u do ur seerch and find out that the movie i rated 10 was rated almost a 10
u will get the idea that this movie is actually a deserving high score due to many
voters..
