2/10, acting was ok, the dialog was boring and the arguments failed in every level -->I have heard god and read the bible therefore you should not take your own life --> I don't believe in god and everything is shit therefore you are wrong. That was really everything they said, they just used fancy words for it.

Ehm yes a little bit. If I didn't know that guy was gonna rip his own arm off, I may have had more excitement while watching it. Maybe he was eaten to death by a gigantic spider.
No but seriously sometimes it doesn't matter but now I was like, dude cut your arm already.

But I really liked James Franco (Mostly in all his movies) And yes it was done great, but I think that it was a Boyle movie that made it an oscar hype and all.

I just hate that, hyping the shit out of it. But I must say I really really dig Black Swan.

Signs 8/10

Yeah I know, 1 point more than 127Hours, and the acting was really bad from gibson and phoenix. Yet I liked it very much

(oh and it was probably hyped when it came out)

The mechanic 5/10, not even close to original ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0068931/ )

What is this with these new modified remakes,do they think that the current technogy (bigger bangs and stunts etc.) is enough for remaking a film. Just like in ben afflecks town ( a modified remake of the Heat http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0113277/ ), both of these just lacked something the original had,something vital.

Gettysburg - 7/10 - Now simply as a result of worksmanship, from the filmmaking point of view or whatever you want to call it, this four hours bad boy sure can suck and be cringeworthy at times, but I'll be damned if it isn't one hell of a glorious war movie of the kind they just don't do anymore. Poor Pickett. Also bayonets! Gods & Generals next.

I think you watch those kind of movies not because you want to know what happens next, you watch them because you want to see how he deals with the situation (127 Hours that is). Anyway, if you liked this movie you should prolly watch " Into The Wild" , kind of the same stuff there , very nice movie !

The Mechanic - 6.5/10.....imo the old version... Charles Bronsons version was better.

127 hours - - 8/10 - - i dont think they couldve picked a better star for this than franco he did a great job on this one.

classic:

12 monkeys - - 7.5/10 - - i know it's a classic but i just saw it for the first time yesterday and it was definitely similar to fight club in philosophy, i think willis and pitt did well on this one. clever plot too.

Leon: the professional - - 7.5/10 - - good flick, great story and i didnt even recognize mithilda as queen amidala from the star wars prequels as the same person, but she was still great in it.
