well, some parts are 3d rendered. It's made for the quick extra cash you have to pay for 3d.
Happens a lot lately. Only a couple of movies are shot in 3d.

The Kings Speech (2010)

A very engrossing historical drama from start to finish. The two hours fly by.
This was sitting on my computer for a few days because the plot sounded uninteresting but then I said, "okay let's watch this one"....... and what a pleasant surprise.

8.5/10

Faster (2010)

A decent revenge flick with The Rock but it needed someone like The Coen brothers to elevate it to something memorable.

Due Date (2010): 7/10. A nice movie for spend some time.. Maybe watch it at home and don't go to the cinema.

The King's Speech - 9/10 - Believe the hype it's as good as, if not better than, they say it is. usually I get a feel for a film within the first 20mins, often that impression can be wrong and I may come to a different conclusion an hour in whether it's better or worse. With this though I liked it from word go and kinda worried that it was all downhill from there cause it's odd for me to enjoy a film, even the really good ones, all the way through but I loved every minute of this.

The Wire S1+S2 - 6/10 - Absolutely loving the bleak Baltimore, the settings, all the weird characters, the awful inefficiency, corruption and general assholery... but they keep pushing this annoying and not at all interesting cop show into it.

I watched it some years ago and I thought it was ok but a friend of mine started praising it to high heavens some time back, maybe I'll have to watch it again I feel like I missed something

havent seen it in ages, and i think i seen it on a screener, but i mind it was good, thanks for reminding me of it, will download the HD version and give it another watch, from what i can remember, il give it a 7/10, we'll see if that changes when i see it again

Sanctum 3D 4/10

The film is flat and boring. Characters are 2-dimensional (ironic, considering the 3D aspect of the film) and predictable, as is the story. If someone likes 3D all that much, yeah, go see it for that. But in that respect Avatar is better, and I didn't quite like it either (once more, for the story).
