Star Wars IV: A New Hope - 7/10 - Watched this a few years ago and wasn't that impressed so thought I'd give it another go. I'll never be the biggest fan of this movie but it was alright.

Star Wars V: The Empire Strikes Back - 8/10 - A fair bit better than the first, not perfect but really entertaining.

Ice Planet - 5/10 - Wow what a piece of shite. The acting is barely passable even for a low budget sci-fi movie but the story really lets it down. I'm not even sure what was going on during the latter half of the movie and I'm not entirely sure whether that's down to me no longer paying attention or if it's was slightly a confusing story, not that I give a shit. It sucked and leaves you in no doubt why it wasn't picked up as a TV series. Still it was good to see Rae Baker, I had a thing for her when she was in the Bill but haven't seen her on TV in years and I'll admit I liked the look of it, CGi and set design but those are the only positives.

Lady In The Water - 6/10 - I liked the story, I'm all for modern fairytales but M. Night Shyamalan fucked it up. The dialogue is horrible, I don't understand why he put himself in it as a visionary writer and putting a movie critic in there as an unlikeable side character was just childish. There's much to like but it doesn't flow well at all. Take how accepting they are of this story of the nymph or how Paul Giamatti is told the story it just doesn't work for me.
I think perhaps M. Night Shyamalan should be the ideas man cause I like the premise of his movies I just wish he'd leave the actual writing and directing to someone more competent.

Megamind - 8/10 - Good stuff it's funny, touching and silly in all the right places. Enjoyed it immensely.

I Want To Look Like That Guy - 7/10 - Interesting story of a guy who wants to look like the bodybuilders in the adverts you can see the trailer here. It's an ultra low budget documentary, the kinda thing you should see on Youtube but they decided to sell the DVD on some site, obviously I downloaded it for free.
It really just confirmed what I'd thought about how much effort it takes to look like that, especially drug free, and while it really does motivate me to get into the gym, I doubt I'll ever try and get ripped (I'm just not that disciplined) or bother spending hundreds of pounds on supplements.

My Sister's Keeper - 7/10 - Tugs at the heart this one, great moral dilemma but wusses out towards the end. I guess I knew they would but it was a bit of shame they way they did it. I heard it deviates from the book's ending and thank god cause the original ending kinda sucks imo.

True Grit - 8/10 ...exceptional performance from Hailee Steinfeld.

The Fighter - 8/10 ....Christian Bale is a great actor.

true grit - 8.5/10 the girls acting was fantastic and the rest of the movie offered a range of entertainment.

sunshine - 6/10 could have been better if the *scary* parts didn't have so many camera tricks to hide what was going on, got very annoying, the rest was entertaining though.

black swan - 2/10 couldn't even finish it, shit was ridiculous, my girl thought it was ok though.

casino jack - 8/10 awesome performance by kevin spacey, entertaining film and well worth a watch.

the tourist - 7/10 was a 6 but the twist at the end made it quite a bit more interesting.

Once Upon a Time in America - 8/10 - This was one long movie! A touching triumph of style over substance I'd say. Though the substance here was very well done. The part with the garbage truck was kinda strange though.

The Wild Bunch (1969) - 9.5/10..... Sam Peckinpah masterpiece e ,a must see one ,one of the best western movies ever made.

Surprising, yet obvious ending. Very good movie, entertaining. Excellent performance by Christian Bale.

RED - 7/10
Surprisingly entertaining. Definitely had its moments.

Mad Max 3/10 Okay, this was my first watch. But damn this movie is stupid, I watched it in hd and gave me the feeling it was a '90s b movie. (and not an awesome old movie) And I see it's only 93 minutes, but I had the feeling I was watching something over 2hrs.

V For Vendetta 10/10, watched it for a 4th time, absolutely loved it. Bloody brilliant movie i must say, i always find something new and intriguing in that film no matter how many times i watch it.

Death Race 2 - 7/10 - Very very silly but knows it and it's fairly entertaining.

Freakonomics - 6/10 - Starts off really well, I think they first segments (real estate & Names) were by far the most successful but each section after that isn't quite as good and they could have compressed the information into shorter bits, I think the Sumo section wallowed on a bit. The whole thing was just OK

The Green Hornet 7/10 Though the 3d Imax didn't add anything, another 5bucks waisted. (3d was complete crap on this movie, but I read later that it was made 3d afterwards so it was like clash of all over again..)
