decent enough storyline, but the movie was shot way too dark so you couldn't see half of the fighting going on.

Percy Jackson & The Olympians - 5/10 - Great premise really shitty execution. So Boring!

Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths - 8/10 - Great stuff, I always enjoy animated comic book stuff but the voice acting is a little off. Kevin Conroy is Batman and no one else should ever be used :lol:

Dorian Gray - 6/10 - Not bad but I had to watch it in segments, didn't hold my interest.

New Moon - 6/10 - I was surprised it's not that bad. It's a bit too fucking smulchy but it's written for teenage girls. Their vision of Vampires suck but I kinda like their werewolves and as gay as this sounds I can't see why chicks are wetting their panties for weird looking Robert Pattinson when Taylor Lautner is around. Seriosuly I'd pay fucking good money to look like that kid. :dumbells:

All in all I just think I like watching Kristen Stewart, I seem to like her in everything she does so I'm giving this a 6/10

The Good Shepherd - 6/10

It was well done and whatnot but I though it was lacking in... everything! Like the plot etc., I mean what was it all about? A few spying moments and some family issues, duh, boring really. I expected something to happen and it didn't. Too bad, especially since there is magnificent potential in the setting.

What shite. Shouldn't have watched this, probably one of the worst sequels I've ever seen.
In my opinion, this was just a compilation of bad humour and special effects. With a slight touch of a so-called story line.

Wolfman 7/10. I really enjoyed it but parts were slow, my girlfriend fell asleep during it, so maybe more a man movie. BTW, saw it at the movies.

Alice in Wonderland 3/10

As somebody already mentioned, it just felt rushed. Couldn't stand the actress who was playing Alice. As far as I can remember from the old Alice in Wonderland, there was no white queen or jabberwocky. I'm comparing this to the one I watched as a child and it barely had any resemblance apart from the characters. All in all I walked out fairly devastated. Need to watch the one I loved so much just to remember how awesome it really was

I know what you mean but having the same name gave me the idea that it would be pretty similar in most aspects. I really wish it had just been a remake though because it might have kept some of its old charm

He is a very smart and rational person, his mind was just able to be corrupted due to his frustrations and anger... which he then realized to be silliness

Shuold really post in this thread more.. but hm ok latest I saw was M I think. Outdated in some aspects, but a pretty good movie. 7/10.

Ice Princess - 4/10
Well, I mean, uhh... Hey, I guess this is the best live-action chick flick that Disney can make about figure skating. But still, it's a movie about fucking figure skating, a sport so exciting to watch and learn about as curling. Oddly enough, the performances and the occasionally funny and occasionally retarded dialogue raise the whole into a watchable level. Michelle Trachtenberg is just hot which is enough to warrant an ok in my books for a movie like this, but add a jailbait Hayden and a milfy Catrall into the mix and it's blue balls galore! The jokes are the type of annoying idiotism that could be expected from Disney sports movies, but the drama is actually believable. Cliched, sure, but pulled off in a manner that is both consistent and understandable not only in tone but the events themselves as well. I couldn't help but become even mildly interested in a few of these characters. Still, it's a Disney flick that's essentially Rocky set in the figure skating-circuit.

Kramer VS Kramer - 5�/10
Well, it is family support 101 as our teacher said while pressing the play-button. It's fine as such, but as a film it just feels lackluster. I love Dustin Hoffman and that little kid, but everything else is just a huge paradox. This is a film of contradiction. One action contradicts the next structurally. All the actors downplay the drama, but the music melodramatises all the action. One shot can be beautiful, the next can be overcontrasted and overcropped. The screenplay, despite being true, seems to have no real construction in it. Things just happen in a logical order, and we seem to miss half the interesting stuff. When in the end the father has reconnected with the son, it doesn't feel like that to me. I feel like I missed everything because instead I saw the father talk to random people.

Horrible, pseudo-experimental bullshit movie with poor execution and gruesome acting. Oh so promising in the first minutes but drifts off to the same avantgarde-effet�-poof bullshit like, for comparision, "Elephant" did. Waste of time, really

Where to start... this sure is a movie that will be talked about. Most movies leave you with some kind of emotion after having seen them. This one leaves you in doubt, which doesn't happen alot, atleast not for me.
The acting was really outstanding from 2 out of the 3 main characters, Gere did an ok job but he didn't really catch my attention or even sympathy, it felt more like he came along for the ride. Their stories are intertwined quite originaly, you always have a feeling of connection but it's very vague, and the way all 3 of them end up together is nothing like you'd expect.
The tone of the movie was really dark,even pessimistic at times, and people got killed off left and right as if it was nothing.

I deducted some points for the length of the movie, I really feel that shortening it by say 20 minutes could've improved it. Some parts really felt like they were stretched out for the sake of stretching and added nothing substantial.

Overall a decent movie, but don't go watching it expecting another training day or a standard action flick
