i think i had a lapse in my concentration, and i actually ended up liking the damn movie a lot. probably the best movie i've seen sice the first matrix.

The Hurt Locker - 7/10 - Good but didn't really do it for me, got bored a bit towards the end. Plus it really annoyed me that we're presented with Guy Pearce & Ralph Fiennes yet they had such small parts anyone could have replaced them.

Eragon - 4/10 - Unforgivably bad, by far the worst film I've seen in a long time. Pure Shite! I'm actually angry & I'm not sure why. It's not like I paid for the damn thing or that I was forced to watch it but I'm still angered by this fiasco of a film.

What I liked about it was that it didn't have that clich� happy ending. You actually feel sorry for the main character at the end of the film.

I've heard people say Peter Jackson was a hack.....after this I believe it. Going into it I heard from lots of people in my family who have read the book that the story was great, and if Peter Jackson was directing, I thought win-win. It actually was pretty much the opposite. Mark Wahlberg should never be cast in a movie where he plays a father and ESPECIALLY not if that father is dealing with the loss of a child. His acting alone ruins a lot of the movie. Stanley Tucci was the only thing good about it. He plays a great creepy perv. A lot of the things throughout the movie are unclear and felt unexplained. The end is also really pathetic.

Jennifer Body - 6/10 - Weird movie doesn't quite fit together nicely but I give it a 6 cause Amanda Seyfried is so beautiful and it was the first time I finally understood what people see in Megan Fox. Man that Kiss scene was awesome.

Not my first time seeing it but I just recently got it on bluray. Probably my favorite Christopher Nolan movie.....the Prestige is a very close 2nd. This movie is just purely amazing and you never quite know the answers to all your questions until the end, and even then you have to watch it again to catch all the small details. Very original and very compelling

Armored - 3/10 - not worth watching

2012 - 5/10 - those 5 are for effects and the odd bit of excitement...otherwise, pretty shocking

The Lovely Bones - 6/10 - I read the book a few months ago and found the book to be pretty good except for a let-down ending. The wasn't quite up to the book but was fairly close..and again, same bad ending. I felt Rachel Weisz and Mark W weren't up to their roles and were the main let downs really.
