I'm on a Bruce Willis trip right now, and this is defo one of the best oldschool action flicks ever, the dialogue alone is golden.

depressed me as hell, but there are some golden quotes in it, nice light effect to make Pitt look young

Star Trek - 9/10 - I don't know why but as a lifelong Trek Fan I didn't want to like it as much as I did, but man it was awesome and nice to see some good trek after the joke that was Enterprise.

Saw it at the cinema so I got the full serving of effects and tbh that's what pulled this film through. The story dragged, it deviated from the comics and felt far too long. Other than that it was an alright family-action film.

I hate Marvel Universe.

Max Payne 2008
confused / 10
I am a huge game fan, the movie has the same taste as the game (the dark, sound effects, depression)
However, I never knew that Max abused drugs, nor cared of tattoo, I played the game very long time ago, so perhaps I just forgot, taht's why I grabbed my 6 years old CD trying to install Max Payne again, but it didn't work ofc, I'll try to d/l it again

The game still powns the movie in all ways ofc
and that postlude was just childish and spoil everything, it makes you feel all that war and next war were/are just trips as cheap action movies

Edit: It seems the game doesn't support wide screens

Confessions of a Shopaholic - 6/10 - So predictable and formulaic it literally feels like you've seen it a million times before. Only redeeming quality was that Isla Fisher seems to be getting cuter everytime I see her and I remember her back in Home and Away :lol:

The Fountain 7/10 - I would like to give this movie a 10, but there can't possibly be a movie that is so good that it deserves a 10. So I consider a 7 high up on my scale and this movie is good. Great acting, awesome story, and just brilliant fascination. I kind of don't know what to say about it. It's just the best movie I've ever seen so far.
