yea ive got the 2004 remake version - not sure whether to watch or not

Valkyrie - 8/10 - Well acted I thought and the story is a very important one that should be known.

It's just a tremendous shame that I knew the whole way through exactly what was going to happen - if only I had have killed him

Punisher 2 War Zone - 6/10

I liked what they were trying to go for with the comic book type gore, but they didnt quite pull it off.

The Sentinel - 4/10
Perhaps I just wasn't paying enough attention but in my opinion: the plot sucked and combine that with the fact that it had about as many plot holes as a swiss cheese has holes and you've got yourself a good time... or maybe not.

Saw Slumdog Millionaire for the second time tonight. Hope it wins the Best Picture Oscar at the awards tonight. For me it just about makes up for TDK not being nominated.

edit: IMDB says 8.7/10... so that's my arbitrary score.

Extreme Movie 7/10 Almost all the sketches where somehow funny! (didn't like the andy milonakis one though)

Valkyrie : 8.2/10 ~ Good film. It really gripped me, it was meant to be something I just had on in the back ground but I found myself engrossed.

Punisher : War Zone : 5/10 ~ Meh. Not awful, decent action OTT flick. Just a shame the story is shite. Glad I watched it though!

Role Models : 6.5/10 ~ Some really funny bits IIRC, but your average teen film.

Nick & Norahs Infinate Playlist : 9.3/10 ~ at least my third/fourth viewing now. I can't believe this is my film of the year so far!?

Yes Man : 9/10 ~ Third viewing. I've actually taken this film to heart since watching it the first time and am trying to say yes as much as possible when asked to go out (Co-incidently one night I wanted to/would've said no as I was tired and cba, I said "yes" because I felt I should and had one of the best ever nights of my life). It's meant so far I've had the most awesome 2/3 months in the past 7 years... Really touched/affected me. Good film and well worth a view!!

My Bloody Valentine 3D 6/10 - the film was a pretty standard horror flick but i loved the 3D effects and i enjoyed laughing at all the people who were scared!

The Wrestler 8/10 - pretty decent and emotional film, wont go into the story but i think its quite heart wrenching, however someone i know wont shut up about it so it has kind of put me off, but whatever

going to see Gran Torino on Wednesday thanks to Orange wednesdays 2 for 1 in the cinema!

Baraka - I won't rate it because it's not just a masterpiece of a film... it's a journey that you have to see and feel.... you owe this to yourself.... everyone should see this ! and pls watch it in HD (Blu-Ray version) because the visuals are the key-point here.... and they are breathtaking !

Its not number 2 its number 3 or effectively 1 as has no connection to the 2 previous
